Workshop overview
This highly participatory session will empower learners to identify the sources of their most complex areas and begin to generate solutions. Working in groups, learners will explore the areas of work that take up way more time than needed, and reach an agreement about the area with the most unnecessary complexity. Next, each group dives deeper to identify the individual behaviors that contribute to the selected area of complexity. By exposing the individual actions that make up areas of complexity, learners are primed to generate - and commit to - alternative behaviors that promote simplification and lead to improved productivity and engagement.
