Workshop overview
Do your customers have needs that you're not meeting? Do you want to meet those needs before the competition does?
This workshop will guide learners through the process of better understanding customer needs, and then exploring creative ways to meet them. Facilitators engage learners in an impactful discussion on the business costs of ignoring - and benefits of meeting - varied customer needs, and share relevant examples of businesses that have taken innovative approaches to do so. Then, using a tool called Discovery Compass, participants will investigate 8 non-traditional approaches to developing products and services that unearth revenue-generating opportunities for the future.
